We have a diverse background with deep experience in property ownership, development, acquisitions and rehabilitation. Which means we can save you headache after headache, and assure you're spending only what you need to accomplish your goals.
Rehab
We've brought several properties back from near extinction. Some for ourselves, some for others. We don't do all of the work, but we put the team of experts together who does. Ultimately, our goal is to help you make the right decisions so you can have the kind of property you want, while spending only as much as you need to achieve it.
Land Development
We find, analyze and develop land for recreational, association and private use. Because we're based in Portland, OR we can help you find and/or develop properties from Northern California, Oregon, Washington up to British Columbia, Canada.
